"I’m giving two stars only because the nail tech next to mine was super friendly and we had good conversation while my nail tech was doing my nails. I got a basic acrylic fill with gel polish. They gave me 4-5 sets of color samples which I thought was weird because every salon I’ve been to has always given me hundreds of options. The one color I found that I wanted they were out of, so she chose the closest color she could find which was a much brighter red. Not the biggest deal but still disappointing. She rushed through the fill which I attributed to be 6:45 appointment and then closing at 8. Still, don’t take an appointment that late if you’re going to fly through and be careless. At the end everything was seemingly okay. She didn’t cap off the ends with the gel polish which concerned me but she seemed so irritated that she was still there that I didn’t say anything. Fast forward FOUR DAYS and three of the nails in my right hand have chips in the polish. Part of the acrylic chipped off my thumb. I’ve never had that happen and gel polish has always seemed to last two weeks. They now look awful and after only a week I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix them. Not worth half of what I paid."

"I have been going to this nail salon for a few months and have had great experiences. Today, however, was a different story. I went in and asked for dip. About 2.5 hours into the nail tech fixing, filing, drilling, peeling my paint off and trying again- I finally asked if they could just take it off and put a clear coat on. I could tell the tech was unsure of what they were doing and he was just filing and repainting and filing and repainting. Finally, the nail tech brought someone else over who tried to fix my nails, but couldn’t. So the original nail tech proceeded to sit down again and try fixing, filing, and peeling again. Finally, a 3rd nail tech came over and just put a large dip coat over top of the mess ups so that i could go home, as it had been about 3 hours by now. She apologized and I was finally able to leave. At the front desk, I asked for a discount because 1) my nails didn’t look how I wanted them to 2) the dip wasn’t done correctly from the start and 3) I was in there for 3 hours with 3 different people. In the end, they offered me $5 off…. I won’t be going back here. I am thankful that they had someone able to make my nails look mostly back to normal. However, paying almost original price for this is ridiculous."

"Never been a time where I came in this salon unsatisfied. The ladies here are EXTREMELY professional, down to earth, and care about their clients. They are always offering drinks while waiting or during the visit. Bella and Allie are my go to and they never disappointed me. They stay up to date with the *trendy* nail art/design and made sure I am okay with the way my nails look. I drive about 45 minutes to come to this salon and will continue doing so! :)"
