"We hired Josh March 2018 to do an adoption of ADULT children. He stated this would take 4-6 weeks March 2020 this still isn’t complete. He said “this will be simple since the children are adults” we provided everything requested when requested. This still isn’t done. I’ve attempt to call and email there is no response."
