"I have never eaten at a Panda Express before...now I know why. The food looked old and dried out. But I was hungry, so i ordered anyway.Terrible customer service. I ordered the beef and broccoli with rice. It had three pieces of beef and maybe four small pieces of broccoli, with tons of rice. What a joke! I didn't realize it until after I had paid 10.75 for food/plus 1 bottled water additional. When I saw the small portions I asked for more...told it would be additional money. I made them refund my whole meal and left. They were rude and aggitated that i wanted my money back. I can go to private owned chinese restaurants and get enough food fot two meals for 11.00 dollars! I do not plan to ever go back there!"
