"Unfair Business Practices/ Fraudulent Transactions Amazon attempted to process my return on September 26, 2023 for $149.44 (not a small hit to a disabled veteran's budget), it rejected in their system because my original card for that order was no longer a valid card, my bank had contacted me regarding suspicious activity and replaced my card, when Amazon attempted to process the return it rejected AS I ALREADY TOLD THEM IT WOULD (long conversation with Stephanie). Turns out the suspicious activity my bank detected was Amazon debiting my account multiple times for the same amount. This is well documented including ALL of my attempts to follow up. On October 3, 2023 when I followed up yet again (spoke to Christine), I learned that Amazon had sent me an email saying the return rejected in their system, I got the email on October 10th and immediately answered (in writing) when they asked...how would I now like to receive my refund? I replied "by mail" and provided everything they asked for to which they said (spoke to Amanda then Manfusa) it would take a minimum of four (4) weeks. On November 12th after yet again another follow up to Amazon (spoke to Richa and Kannish), they sent me a retro-charge notice and apology because they were not going to take any further action because my original order was over thirty (30) days old. So, they have the return and they have my money. Really? Amazon just washed their hands of me and multiple times refused to escalate this issue to someone who could resolve this issue. This is just the final ridiculous excuse by Amazon for NOT doing the right thing. But the bigger question is, what happens to the money that Amazon fails to return to it's customers and how many people across the country are having this same or similar thing happen to them?"

"Be very Careful Amazon is sending damaged merchandice and is doing it on porpuse, when I recived and realized that the merchandice is damaged I started a refund process that never ends and confuce me inorder to waist my time and exforts trying to return it. I will be into it untill the last consecuences about this matter. Amazon is acting like a third world country Store Shame on you, this is the last Item Im purchasing from you amazon I sware I will document this very carefuly and show the world."
"I have never been much of an online shopper but Amazon convenience and !extensive amount of products makes it almost impossible not to find what you are looking for. They deliver as promised and many times the products arrive early. There return policy is hassle free and with so many return centers. They cater to the needs of heir customers and remove a lot of the anxiety that comes with going to multiple stores. I now shop more online than I do I store thanks to Amazon."
