They helped me to move my belongings from one storage unit to another and unfortunately, some of my items and antique furniture was ruined by the unit. They took pictures for me, took the ruined furniture to a local dump, and expressed how sorry they were for the loss of my heirlooms. I appreciated their genuine concern and professionalism.
