"Worst moving experience possible. There has been over $9k in damages to be rectified and it has almost taken 7 months to resolve the claim issues. The check that was send for the claim was in the wrong amount over $1,000 less than what was agreed upon. Our dresser was moved loaded which we recommended against, and when delivered to our new house they just dumped the contents on our couch and left it there for us to deal with so they could get to another delivery. They shipped our mattress on the exterior of the truck in a rainstorm which caused it to get moldy. They also did not bring their own tools or equipment to unload and set up any of our furniture. They borrowed my own personal tools and ladder to do so and some of them never made it back into my hands. Also, they lost my Christmas tree in a large red bag, and my going away gift from my last duty station. When packing us they loaded our trash can full of stuff that was not supposed to be moved which spilled all over the place. They did not pack the kitchen correctly which caused all of our spices and movable foods to spill everywhere and ruin everything in that box. I could continue on in the issues that we had, but the pictures should do it justice."

"If I could give Zero stars I would!!! I wanna start by saying this was the absolute worst move I have ever had! This company was extremely unprofessional and unprepared! For starters the driver arrived at my home at 8am but didn’t start until 1pm because he didn’t bring any packing supplies! He brought nothing for my move. I had a 5 bedroom 3100sq ft home and he arrived with a 26ft uhaul truck to make multiple trips to where the actual moving truck was parked. My items were incorrectly packed and nothing was inventoried properly. The driver didn’t speak English so it made the experience 10x harder as he couldn’t understand my concerns! The packers had to switch out because of how unprepared the team was, therefore they didn’t finish backing my belongings until 6am the next morning, after me and my husband repeatedly told them that we had to get on the road at 4am the next morning. Needless to say we were late getting on the road. Upon arrival of my shipment, several of my items were broken, damaged and missing. Nothing was packed properly , nothing was wrapped properly!!!! Thousands of dollars worth of items were ruined! They broke my crystal chandelier because they just through it in the box, manicure tables were torn apart even after telling them that the glass top doesn’t come off, etc. they left my grill, then went back to get it and never delivered it to my home. I don’t even know why the military continues to contract with them! They are the worst and most unprofessional and this experience has been a nightmare! My children’s beds can’t be put together because pieces are missing and the screws are nowhere to be found It looked as though things were just thrown any which way onto the truck. No one at this company has been of any help, and actually the dispatcher blocked my number after I called to make a complaint! So unprofessional and I will definitely start a lawsuit if needed!"

"Can’t give 0’stars they don’t even deserve 1 move my belonging to CT lost a few things and when I called the person who answer the phone tough it was funny very unprofessional absolute garbage of a moving company do NOT!!! Ship your belongings with them…."

"Broke $2800 worth of furniture and lost about $800 worth of personal property. Not to mention we got other peoples personal property that was also broken. Also tore up flooring at our new house."
