"Chris was very friendly and helpful to me in my wife. He greeted us coming in the door and was very attentive, informative, and non pushy with making selections for a construction project at our home. It is my first home and 1st construction project in mind new home that involves flooring. So I am not sure if it is normal or not but we were allowed to take the tile pallets home for our contractor to see and for us to visualize fit next to the painted walls. We've only just begun, but so far things are going great."
