"I placed an order an hour ago which was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago. No one called no one answered not even respond to my email after charging 7.99 for delivery fee and I left a tip. I will never I mean never order with them again this is ridiculous."
"I ordered food from a local restaurant and chose to have it delivered. I was not familiar with this particular service but decided to still order the food since the restaurant was reputable. I was immediately called from the delivery service stating that they would be unable to provide the service due to the unavailability of drivers in my area. We agreed that I would just go pick up my food and I would be refunded the 7.99 delivery fee. This happened on 10/4/20. I have called numerous times and the individuals on the other end seem very receptive/polite about the situation. However, I have yet to receive a email or call back in regards to my refund."
