"The actual look of my finished nails deserves a 2 out of 5 but the LACK OF SANITATION IN THE SALON DESERVES 0! I owned a salon in Seattle for 6 years- I know what the standard of cleanliness should be. The tech who took me to sit down had me sit at a table that was NOT cleaned. I literally had to ask her to clean the nail clippings and sanitize the area. She wiped the nail clippings off with the puffer brush that was on the table and sprayed alcohol and did a lazy wipe down. She then proceeded to try and use that same puffer to clean the dust off of my hands during my manicure! I had to ask her to use new or cleaned tools! I was going to get up and walk out but I seen her open all new tools for me. When I checked out, she didn’t wash her hands and she took the next client. YUCK! I started watching the other techs work, and it was all the same. Placing dirty clippers in with clean tools, reusing the same tools without being cleaned on different customers. I am sorely disappointed as I really wanted to like this place. The location is convenient. Do better Perfect 10. You could spread disease like this."
