FedEx Home Delivery

"I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. Absolutely the most incompetent bunch I’ve ever dealt with!!! They have supposedly try to delivery 3 times but nobody was home…… if they would ring the doorbell or knock I’m sure someone would come to the door! They’ve never even been in the driveway!!! What a joke of a company!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Carrier Pigeons are more dependable!!! FedEx couldn’t coordinate a salad bar!!!!!!!"

"The worst one, all my apartment neighbors got their fedex delivery, and in front of my eyes, this person did not unload my crossbow box because it is big. and got email about delivery attepted and got delayed. I'm going to see how they will deliver my box, even I was there and got ignored. Amazing service. Trust me, i saw his face and got his delivery truck number and time, if i don't get this package, I'm going to make a phonecall to HQ and my news reporter. I'm ready for this"

"Absolute trash delivery service. If you receive a FedEx tracking number when you order something, your best bet is to just cancel your order and find the product in stores because you will most likely never receive your package... and Heaven forbid you try to call and figure out what's going on with the package that's been loaded on a truck and "out for delivery" for 3 days"

"FedEx Home Delivery is the worst service imaginable. Instead of bringing directly to my apt.door as they advertise on their website they totally lie. The box from Chewy was laying on the middle of the floor on the ground floor and was never brought upstairs to my apt. door. I have a disability. I have spoken to Supervisor at Chewy (very professional) and they are notifying the main FedEx on this.problem in Ashland with their Home Delivery. Chewy has to now pay to have the box returned to them as it was never delivered directly to my door as Chewy had expected. No one at FedEx has done anything to correct this problem. Now I know why they have tens of thousands of bad reviews online. I understand also why FedEx now has extreme financial problems due to their pathetic incorrect delivery."

"I was expecting a large, light package of plastic tubes. Tracking said it went on truck in Ashland on May 11,2022. I waited, kept checking tracking...on it's way...it's the 16th...still on truck. Then it turned red and said something is up??? On the 17th it's a miracle. My package was delivered on the 12th. What a laugh. I never left my home and we live on a dead end street. Sad that they can backtract the package and say delivered. I did a claim(lol) Fortunately I was refunded my money by the original shipper. Their tracking says it was Never delivered."
