"If you’re reading this there’s a good chance you are making a delivery here and your broker took you for a ride. This place is bad for delivery real bad. Had a 8 am appointment and my truck even though was at a door at 7 am, wasn’t touched till 2 pm. Brokers know this but won’t tell you cause it will cost you your time. People are nice though. Unloading takes about 4 hours once it starts for a whole trailer."
"This company is a joke and i do not know how they are still in service. I ordered a bed from pottery barn who i guess used them as a delivery service they scheduled my service 3 different occasions which i took off of work to be home for and they never showed up and never called to even let me know they weren’t showing up. One excuse they just forgot to put it on the truck! if i could give zero stars i would but i can’t. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
"Unfortunately, we didn't know this company was handling the delivery portion when we ordered our furniture. If we had, we would have shopped elsewhere. For those that can pick your provider, save yourself some stress and choose ANYONE else... literally anyone!!! This was our 2nd experience and both were absolutely disastrous. Our first encounter resulted in two failed deliveries and a broken table that took an additional 3 months to replace... this is not counting the 6 months we had to wait from the time of purchase. Our second experience was another incompetent schedule/delivery "miscommunication" which resulted in furniture not being delivered to our upstairs room and sitting in a box in our entry way. The weight was clearly marked on the box and it was known weeks in advance that additional assistance was needed. What happened? Two delivery personnel with one being injured showed up and stated it would take additional people but didn't know when it would happen. I attempted to contact Customer Service 4 times with each time resulting in being sent to an automated message saying "leave a message". This is a prime example of how NOT to run your business."
"Worst delivery service ever! Lost our delivery not once but TWICE while IN THE WAREHOUSE and failed to let us know on prior to scheduled delivery day (Saturday) where we waited the entire day for them. After canceling the order with the vendor, they continued to contact us about setting up a delivery. No care about the customer! Amazed as to how people use this as a third party service!"
"Wish I could give zero stars. They lost a bed I ordered and could never give me a status other than there was a "dock search". Customer Service reps were friendly, but of no use. escalated to second level, who promised to get back to me that evening and never did. I finally cancelled the order, but they kept reaching out trying to deliver the bed when I assume they finally found it."
