"If you are looking for an honest, professional, group of individuals to move you without any concern, Route 1 Movers LLC needs to be at the top of your list. Jacob is the Owner, and he came with an amazing Team, to include David, Winston, Chris and Phil. I talked with Jacob a couple of weeks before setting up the move and he continually followed up with me until they arrived at my house on Monday, Jan. 15th, and moved me in the snow and I was so impressed with their work and professionalism. Not only did they have me move out in less time than was quoted, but they put everything back together and had it in place and left no footprints or dirt on the carpets or floors from the snow. What really made me happy about my decision to go with Jacob and Route 1 Movers, is because when they were taking apart my bed that I purchased a couple of years ago, David noticed that the delivery person stripped one of the screws and split the wood on the bedframe and never told me. David was incredibly careful taking it apart and especially when the guys packed it on the truck, but it was when he was putting the bed back together at my new house that he took the time to go a step above and beyond and actually repair it for me when he was setting it up. Top notch Customer Service!!"

"Jacob and his team (David C., David T, Winston, and Chris) are PHENOMENAL!!! Moving in itself can be extremely stressful. Add in being 7 months pregnant, and it feels almost like an unbearable task! But not with Route 1 Movers! First, Jacob is very personable and detailed. Based off the items I told him I had in my home, he was able to estimate how much time it would take to move to my new property. He even estimated a bit extra time in case I ended up getting to tired late in my pregnancy and unable to pack. Thank goodness he did, because there were some items we just couldn't get to and Jacob said "NO PROBLEM!" In fact, once Jacob arrived to the home to assess everything, he said "we've got everything covered here. Feel free to go relax or grab some breakfast/lunch or whatever else you have to do." Instantly, the weights lifted off me. Every member of his team was extremely friendly. They worked hours without stopping for lunch and only required music through my bluetooth speaker to get them through the heavy tasks of lifting furniture up flights of stairs to my new home. They never once complained or made a fuss. Smiling the entire way through! They even finished BEFORE the estimated timeframe. Since then, Jacob has returned back to my home to collect the empty boxes to dispose of them free of charge! I am so grateful for Jacob and his team's kindness, generosity and effectiveness to make this new chapter of our lives a bit more tolerable. "This has been my second move with Jacob and his team and the experience has still stayed just as great as the first. By far, utilizing Route 1 is the most wonderful experience you could want during such a stressful time... Jacob and his team are on time and ready to move even your most awkward and heavy furniture pieces and even moved my peloton bike. He even offered disposal services of my excess furniture I didn't need or want."

"Jacob and his team were AMAZING! First, Jacob came to my house to give me an accurate description of what it will cost based on the amount of stuff I have. The day of, he gave me a heads up that he was on his way. His team did great at packing things up and getting them on the truck. Additional stuff that I hadn't gotten around to was placed in boxes and labeled by Jacob and his team. They were huge at helping me out! Did I mention that they did this on a 95 degree day and it was super hot out?!? When we got to the new house, they put everything together for me, made sure everything worked, and even asked if I needed things moved that I had already put inside! Afterwards, Jacob came and got all the boxes that I didn't need so that I didn't have to worry about getting rid or recycling them. He also came back a 3rd time when we got new furniture in and moved my old stuff to another room so that way I didn't have to! Talk about going above and beyond - these guys did it!!! You will NOT be disappointed by Jacob and his team!!"
