"I was waiting on a package that was being delivered through Fedex. I received NO updates. I then received an email from the company That the package was coming from and it said that my package had arrived. When I looked for the package it was not at my door so I called FedEx to ask about it, the representative said that it was left in the package room. I went to the package room they did not put my package in a locker and send me a code to retrieve it, but instead they left my package out in the middle of the floor and it had been cut open and my merchandise had been stolen. I suspect that it was stolen by the Driver because the same situation happened to a friend of mine three days prior coming from the same Lorton Virginia FedEx facility with merchandise coming from the same NIKE store."
