"I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER HIRING THIS FIRM AGAIN!!! I first met Mr. Carwile at a consultation for a reckless driving charge. I told him the reason I was hiring an attorney was because I felt that the Augusta County judicial system was corrupt and they had already done me dirty twice involving just this incident. When I hired Mr. Carwile, while speaking to him on the phone I asked for aggressive representation and if he or his firm would not provide that then I could find another attorney. Mr Carwile called me about ten days before one of my court dates (it kept getting continued), and scheduled an in person consultation. At our meeting Mr. Carwile was quite rude to me. He seemed to be unable to understand the evidence I had showing that the witnesses were not being truthful. I have a GPS breadcrumb tracker that I carry for work that tracks every stop I make and the witnesses claimed I “100% I stopped”, well it shows every stop I made but that one. Mr Carwile was openly hostile towards me, specifically telling me to.” Shut up!” on three separate occasions. I was so angry but I only had 10 days and I didn’t think I had time to find another attorney. Then my court date comes around and Mr.Carwile called me about an hour and a half before I had to be in court and told me he had worked out a deal with the prosecutor. I refused the deal stating to him that I would not plead guilty because I was innocent, and could prove the witnesses were being untruthful. Less than five minutes before I had to be in court Mr Carwile tells me that if I do not accept the deal from the Augusta county prosecutor that he will drop me as a client. He stated to me several times that it was an ethical issue, and he felt that would I face “catastrophic consequences” if I didn’t take the deal. Mr. Carwile never stated what those “consequences“ were. If he did not want me as a client, he could’ve turned me down on the initial phone call or at our in person consultation. The ethical breach came when he threatened to drop me as a client with only a few minutes for me to make a decision that could effect my job and future employment. In the end, I feel he colluded with the prosecutor to elicit a guilty plea, more than providing me with any type of defense. Also, I will be fIling a complaint with the Virginia State Bar."
"First of all the court system is corrupt all the way around. From the Freemason judges to the Freemason attorneys to the Freemason clients. I would hate to have a job that made me lie and turn the truth around and straight up narcissistic. I watched Carwile perform his “job” today in court and obviously there was major evidence against his client. His client having a medical degree, excused her behavior from spitting in someone’s face and acting like she was going to hit someone. Really is this ethical? What I witnessed today was disgusting. What I hope everyone remembers is that we will all have to face God after we die. The Bible says that liars will not enter the kingdom of Heaven and with that said I hope that Mr. Carwile repents of his sins. Hell is real, Mr. Carwile."
"My family has been working with this firm for decades. They've never disappointed me. Thank you Fran Gomez, Tim Carwile, Bill Watkins, and your entire team."
"Timothy Carwile was honestly the best lawyer I could have asked for. Worth every penny. He genuinely seemed to care about my case. Super nice and explained everything that was going to happen in detail."
"These guys saved me big time!!! Was looking at impresement and hefty fines!! Was going 88 in a 70... these guys did a wonderful job and got the court to lower it to a simple speeding ticket !! Money well spent ! Thanks Mr. Carwile!!"
