"Have 1 day out of the week to get a haircut and getting in here is impossible. The check in system is broken. This is the 3rd time i couldnt get in for a cut due to the check in system. "To be honest this has to be the worst experience, I have ever had at sports clips, as the hair cut wasn’t done to its fullest. Then went to do the MVP the hot towel felt like a cold wet rag on my face with no Lavender smell. The washing of my hair felt like the lady was trying to scrape my hair off my scalp. Just a overall bad experience at my first time at this one and essentially on Veterans Day being a Marine 10-1/2 year Veteran."
