"My experience was bad. I wanted to send a regular letter overnight and the employee said it would be $100. I said, even for an envelope that weighs almost nothing? He said yes. I was ready to leave but decided to ask about how much it would be in a Fed Ex envelope and he said $47. I asked him why he did not mention this option in the beginning? So, I purchased the $47 overnight envelope. The package did not ship until Monday and was scheduled for delivery Tuesday morning. I tracked the package. The FedEx delivery people did not attempt to leave the package in the mailroom as instructed. Instead, they just left a note saying that delivery could not be made and took the package back to an unknown FedEx location. No attempt was made by the delivery person to call the number provided or leave the package in the mailroom as requested, no signature required. When I called Tuesday night to figure out what happened, I waited and waited and finally talked to someone from FedEx who would not give me any info. about anything including their name or which FedEx location they were in. They sounded very detached and uninterested as I was having a total meltdown/stroke on the other end. I finally gave up, went to bed with a Xanax. The next day I was lucky to reach a caring human being who could tell me where the FedEx office was that had the package. He also told me that FedEx was attempting to deliver again, was in route. I quick called my son and told him to watch out for the delivery, which is hard to do without camping out downstairs by the mailroom for hours. Luckily my son was there outside when FedEx came again. FedEx was in the process of leaving another note, without calling my sonβs number or attempting to drop the package off in the mailroom. My son got the package finally, $47 dollars and a day late. NEVER NEVER use FedEx. Instead, use overnight express USPS, costs $28, and they have access to apartment building mailrooms!!!!"
"Dismal, if you want to print anything they send out for next day delivery."
