"If its 0 star i would give that bad service inside guy dont know how to talk customer"
"** Edit two years later... They have improved and now make reliable deliveries 95% of the time. One star changed to 4 stars ------- After 2 years of on time and reliable delivery using UPS, the opening of this hub has pushed us to canceling our Prime Membership that we've had for 9 years. Packages arrive on the advertised delivery date just 20% of the time. The drivers are ill-equipped to deliver to addresses in areas with bad cell reception and often times give up on a delivery if they can't find the house (which is easily found using any mobile GPS app...)."
"They were supposed to deliver my package today and I have been at the house all day long. I was emailed that they tried to deliver at 4:37 PM which was a total lie cause I'm outside waiting for them doing gardening. 3 minutes later at 4:40 PM I get the email and it said I had to contact the Carrier in Gainesville? What the heck I needed this delivery today And there is no phone number to contact anybody to get my package."
"I've reordered my packages 3 times now and spoken with customer service 5 times. I told them they need to do an investigation into this facility, becausd I never had an issue with getting packages until they started going through this center. They don't even try. Giving a single star is being too kind. Amazon also needs to pay their employees a living wage to keep employees happy. An article says there should be 200 workers employed here, but I wouldnt bee surprised if it was much less than that. Do better amazon."
"You better hope your Amazon package is not routed through this carrier. They are up to 7 days late delivering your order to Prime Amazon customers. If they don’t get to you on the promised date the only recourse Amazon offers is cancelling the order. I called seven days in a row about a late package with no help whatsoever from Amazon. They clearly don’t vet their carriers and are not worried about loosing business. And this carrier clearly does not care who they hire or whether they deliver packages on time. This has happened multiple times with this carrier. REALLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!"
