We were waiting a while outside for somebody to bring it out, and finally went in the office to see what’s going on. She says oh he’s on lunch he’ll be back in about 45 minutes. She was just gonna let us sit out there."

"Extremely unprofessional "customer service" from one of the guys there. He acted like I was huge inconvenience on his day and would not take my freight drop off even though I have brought 50+ pallets packed the exact same way to this terminal. He wouldn't take my freight because my 94 inch long box was overhanging 7/8 of an inch from the pallet on each side. He took 2 phone calls while I was there and both phone calls he was whining, complaining, and even yelling like a child to other person on the line. I've shipped with 5 or 6 other freight companies in the tri cities over the past 8 years and can say hands down UPS/TForce is the most difficult to work with. Occasionally they'll have professional workers but they don't last longer than about 2 months. I wonder why."

"My package arrived there on 8/12/21 and it said out for delivery on the 18th. On the 18th at 4:02 PM it was updated to be delivered on the 19 and the company said they attempted delivery which is a lie. On the 20th we attempted to find out what is going on since I paid 250.00 to ship this and a total of 651.00 in it. After numerous calls, we know nothing. UPS Freight is a very poor service. The idiots at Bristol, TN won't answer the phone, bring in drivers at 1pm to start delivering freight knowing businesses close at 5pm. They unload your freight and reschedule it for weeks. Ask when you buy how they are shipping you things and avoid this place at all cost. USE FEDEX!!!!"

"Real review!!! let' start by saying that most of the reviews here are for UPS ground and not for UPS Freight. UPS ground is awesome!!! BUT UPS Freight in TRI city is the worst freight service in east TN. We are shipping LTL shipments every day and UPS never able to show up on time. It takes them several days to pick up a shipment which is damaging our reputation with customers that need their order to progress. I am talking about 2 years of suffering from their pickups. We called at 1pm and she said that the driver will show up before 5 pm but then we called them at 5 pm and she said that the driver is full and can't get to us and this is after 3 days delay. Every day they have a different story. I am strongly suggesting to use other freight services like SAIA, SEFL, HOLLAND, DAYTON, CENTRAL TRANSPORT, FEDEX, YRC AND MORE). sometime our customers request to ship with UPS as they are a good company in other locations but here in east TN something bad happen and they cant pick up our pallets before 5 pm. We will file a complain with UPS Freight headquarter and BBB. The pallet is still seating on our loading dock and the customer is still waiting for the products. I have no complains for the drivers. they are nice and do what the dispatcher tell them to do. the problem is in the management in this specific location."
