My eldest son has taken vocal lessons since he was ten years old and theater about a year later. Not only did Centerstage teach my son music, develop his gift of singing and acting but would find service opportunities to perform and give back to the community. My son is now in college studying pre-med and has already been complimented on his presentation skills. My youngest son is in high school and has done some acting when he was much younger but found a desire for the tech and is now being mentored for sound crew. "My daughter took voice and theatre lessons from Centerstage Academy from ages 8 to 18. It was a decade filled with incredible experiences both on and off the stage. The instructors were very knowledgeable and kind and created an environment that combined needed structure with the freedom to create… a perfect mix. The voice lessons were tailored to her level and grew in difficulty as she progressed. Theatre classes ranged from elementary to advanced, with some including full length, costumed productions performed for the public. There were also many opportunities for her to give back to the community via nursing home concerts, holiday performances, caroling, etc. And last, but not least, my daughter met so many incredible people and developed so many wonderful relationships through her time at Centerstage Academy. She is now in college, working to become an epidemiologist, but she will always have a love of the arts."
