"Would leave less than one star if I could. We paid in full for tile, hardwood and carpet to be installed in our home. The owner knew we were doing a complete remodel and it would take awhile, we were told that was fine just let him know when we were ready. All the flooring was put down except two bedrooms we were working on. The owner called to let us know he was delivering two rolls of carpet and padding with a $150 refund check for installation (we paid more than that). We asked for a full refund since Carpet Mart wasnt going to install. We have nobody to put the carpet down plus we have no place to store it. The owner refused to refund our money. I am beyond angry. We paid for goods and a service, Carpet Mart didn't follow through, yet we can't get a refund."
