"Just reported this agency to the CBPF for trying to collect a debt tied to a bankruptcy that was discharged and settled through the courts. They have no idea what legal issues they are in store for. I will be following up on a fraud case reported to the FTC as I have sent this agency proof of the debt being a bankruptcy debt they can't collect money on and yet they have been dumb enough to leave the debt on my credit report after I requested removal, but hey I don't mind sitting back preparing to get paid by this agency for violating the law, I'm just gon sit back and laugh"

"This place illegally put stuff on your credit report when you call to dispute it they ask you for a credit card to try to get more money from you then they try to get you to sign up for a credit analysis they illegally placed a charge on my credit to try to get me to contact them and then try to get me to sign up to their program. This place is ridiculous. It is illegal what you guys are doing"

"Katie is the worst so called debt rep , she puts words in your mouth and lies , to what end I don’t know. As soon as you get her on the line immediately ask to speak to some one with human decency. She will run off the phone the chance you ask anything , typically scare tactics from so called debt reps. Again, Katie is horrible!!!!!!"
