Sent us to winterfield, she had on ripped jeans, unprofessional and said I don't know why you have heartburn over. Accounts are over 8 years old and just now asking to sign this document. Closing two CD's and savings. Good bye to a poorly ran bank."

"I banked with Essex for years and it was always a pleasure. United took over and they switched my account to a plan that took 10 dollars a month from me. They told me they made the desicion to move my account to the best fitting account. It just so happens it worked out best for them. They refused to return the money they stole from me. I closed my account the day after I found out. What a shame they chose the plan and flat out stole my money. Wish Essex was still around. They were good people"
