"My husband went to this shop today and had a horrible experience. The man cutting his hair rushed to finish hair since a large family came in. He let his wife “finish it up” and the fade was uneven in the front and back. Other customers were given a relaxing massage after the hair cut but he was rushed out the chair after. Absolutely rude. Since it won’t let me respond to you directly I’ll go ahead and add that there is nothing on your pricing board for the massage ect to be an extra charge and have been to several barbers that does that for free. However your response totally ignored the fact that your cut was totally uneven and that you didn’t even give him the chance to look at the cut and rushed him rudely out."
