"I recently received a set of custom inserts for my Red Wing boots. I was the first customer to receive these after going through their “Ultimate Fit Experience” in store. The process was pretty simple, you walk across this scanning device that maps out how you walk, your gait and where the most pressure is being applied. I have a pinched nerve in my right foot and after seeing the scan it had a red bullseye in the exact spot where all my pain and discomfort was coming from. After about 3-4 weeks of waiting for the order to come in I was really happy to try them out. I was not disappointed at all. I have received other custom inserts from another company in town and they didn’t even come close to providing the level of comfort these did. I work on my feet all day wearing steel toe boots and I can honestly say after this first week wearing my boots with the inserts in I can tell a massive difference. These provide the right support in the right places, they are well worth the investment if you’re like me and on your feet all day long. 10/10 I do recommend anyone who needs some extra comfort and support to get a set of the custom insoles!"

"We went inside looking for a good pair of boots. We left without them.... But! We returned a couple days later to pick them up after having them stretched out some. It was the best customer service. Not sure of the young mans name but he's been there for 3 years and he was able to stretch the boots out for us, and provide some insight on some great socks! Went back and a lady was there who gave info about insoles. Nice people willing to help and did not mind one bit touching a dirty boot, shoe, or sock! Great people here. For real!
