"Came to the shop to schedule an appointment because no one would answer the phone. Talked to the barber and scheduled for my husband and son on Wednesday at 10:00. Wednesday morning comes around and there's nobody to be seen. No one is answering the phone. Since their Google listing claims they open at 10:30, I advised my husband to wait around a while. However, at 10:30 there was still no one present. Very disappointing experience, very unprofessional. Time is critical and we can't afford for it to be wasted. I.E: I'm black."
