"Couple months back I stopped at the fade zone to get a cut. I walk in and was asked if I had an appointment, I did not I saw the sign that says walk-ins welcome. I was then told he was all booked up for the day. So I didn’t think much about it I understand things can get busy. So yesterday I called and made an appointment so I wouldn’t run into that problem again. I get there at my appointment and was asked if I had appointment I said yes told him my name and time. He says okay then continues to to cut another persons hair. After about 10 minutes he says are you sure you have appointment which replied yes. He pulls out his phone looks at his appointment book and says yea I don’t see your name so I don’t know what to tell you sorry. So it seems to me that he doesn’t want business. His professionalism is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend this barber shop to anyone."
