"Lauren did an excellent job on my haircut! She listened carefully to my wants and needs and kept checking in along the way to make sure everything was to my liking. She also made it very easy to relax and have nice conversation for someone (me) who gets very nervous in public places/settings. All around it was a great experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great haircut and even better atmosphere!"

"They gave me the cut free. I was willing to still pay for the time though. Noticed they were racing to get people in and out too quickly. Before she knew it she’d ran the fade way too high on my head and now I’m sporting a really bad high and tight that’s lopsided. Like I say I wanted to pay her for her time and she was really upset that she messed it up, but I’m not going back. They offered the shampoo, hot towel, and massage though which I think a lot of the people in there were going for. Not so much the quality of the cut. Very rushed. They’re trying to get more customers in the chair instead of focusing on the quality of the work. I literally asked her if it was a race. Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever had…"

"Loved it! Checked in online and showed up when they texted. Only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. Tanji was efficient and precise cutting my hair and then began the hot towel, hair wash, and massage. Glorious!! Walked away looking and feeling good :)"

"Checked in on line, even though I was last in the queue when I showed up, I was the only person in the store. Two ladies finished their cuts and then hid in the back. A third lady finished her cut and did the same. So there's three ladies in the back and one with a client. Waited a total of 20 minutes, finally left. I was still the only oerson in the store. There's a sign that says they're short staffed. That's not true, the staff they have is just lazy."
