"We have been long time customers of SwimNerd, and have several of their pace clocks! However, when we were presented with a clock that would not turn on, the return process for repairs was quite disheartening. We received a message to ship it back to their facility, but due to the distance and odd shape of the box needed, were quoted by numerous shipping companies for $180. This was then brought up to Nate and we requested a return label and box be sent to us, he stated that is not how their returns work. They stated it is $80 total for there and back for the shipping label and box. Our device is under warranty, so it was quite a surprise to find out shipping and return is not included in repairing a damaged item. As stated above, we are long time customers and will continue to use their services, but have been left pretty disheartened due to this experience."
