They have both English and Spanish staff who are great at what they do with many connections and experience. The Lender Mr.Jose was a pleasure to work with. He will help you with all the step in the home buying process and works tirelessly to help all his clients. City Lending gave me and my family a chance at buying a home after many other companies would not. I highly recommend giving the Company a chance and I know that they will work to the bone even with the bad economy and high house prices. Sincerely, Fernando Tapia Pros: -Great Connections -Great Lender and decent staff -Works Professionally -Answers questions very quick and respond even after hours at night -Helped all the way to end Cons: -Realtor was late to respond times and homes we wanted to check and send a bid was lossed -Closing Day came and we had sent all documentation 3 days prior but then we took loss of closing cost to extend, in which realtor had other things going on -Our case was a little more complicated but the many change of loan type (FHA and Conventional) with repeated home inspection sucked and took more money than we planed not including the closing cost extension fiasco. But our Lender Jose was a blessing with having to deal with all the paper work and planning. Overall Happy in the end but now I know how the process of this goes and cant wait for the next time!"

"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company, particularly with regards to my interaction with Erick Rivera. From the very beginning, it became evident that my experience with City Lending was going to be nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication, incompetence, and negligence I encountered throughout the process has been the worst I have ever experienced in my real estate career. Erick Rivera's conduct was consistently problematic. He would often promise one thing and deliver another, or worse, fail to take any action at all. This lack of urgency and care repeatedly led to unnecessary delays in the closing process. In fact, we had to reschedule the closing a total of four times due to his inability to prioritize the matter and fulfill his responsibilities. The pinnacle of my frustration came on the day of the actual closing. Despite numerous reminders and pleas for urgency, Erick failed to send the final documents to the title company in a timely manner. As a result, my client and I were left waiting for three agonizing hours, twiddling our thumbs and feeling utterly disrespected and undervalued. This level of service is simply unacceptable. As a realtor who values efficiency, professionalism, and respect for clients' time, I am appalled by the lack of regard shown by Erick Rivera and City Lending. It is clear to me that the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service is severely lacking. In light of my experience, I feel compelled to warn my fellow realtors and anyone seeking a loan to look elsewhere for their needs. Save yourself the heartache, pain, and wasted time that I have endured by choosing a lending institution that values their clients and takes their responsibilities seriously. I sincerely hope that City Lending will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity for improvement.
