"Chris is not helpful. This place shows that they do not care about certain people. Staff will take what they want and push everyone else out. They have rude and demanding attitudes. I have never met staff that say rude things to customers and expect them to just say nothing. The only thing that they have knowledge on are guns."

"I have dealt with this pawn shop many times thru the years. This is the first time I am throughly disgusted and very disappointed. I called ahead of time to ask if they were interested in my never used Kirby top of the line vacuum cleaner with carpet wash attachment. Called ahead of time to not waste either of our time. He told me sure bring it in. Unfortunately, they had to put it together for the first time, to make sure it worked, which it did. My problem, after all that, they called their boss... who said $75.00 tops cause they don't sell well. Your kidding me Right... she might as well spit in my face. When I called, they should have asked the Boss in the first place.... Wasted a hell of a lot of my time as well as her employees. I will never take anything to them again, because it was so disrespectful to offer me $75. instead of just saying NO we are not interested. Employees, if a person calls ahead of time, check with your Boss first. I left feeling that woman literally spit in my face, offering $75. Instead of saying NO."
