"I give it 1 star because there is no 0 but it is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever seen. I do not recommend that they send you to fill your medications because they do not give it on time, it takes too long, better go to another pharmacy."

"Has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Poor customer service, they seem to be barely able to fill prescriptions without you physically going up there and reminding them you need the medicine. Have had decent to great experiences over the years in other cities, but this particular pharmacy borders on nightmarish. Seriously, get your prescriptions from ANYWHERE else. You'll be happier."

"This is the worst pharmacy ever would not recommend ... My daughter takes medicine and every month I do it over the phone and it says pick up that day at let's say 7 I go there after 7 and they know nothing about it then they say they will text me when ready and I never get it so the next day I go and still have not been filled so they do it than right at the drive Thur this is every month it's getting pretty ridiculous now I called tonight before I went and the guy I spoke to on the phone said he was bumping it up that it would be ready soon and I will get a text when it's ready... Well now it's after 9 they r closed I guess maybe tomorrow when I drop her off at school they will finally have it ready guess I will be going inside to talk to them...."

"I want to give credit where credit is due. I like others have had some not so great service when visiting this pharmacy for my medication, however Shavaris is outstanding! She was polite, professional and a woman of her word! My exact words to her "a breath of fresh air!" compared to some of the service I've received at this location. Thank you again Shavaris :)"

"Screw this place. My husband got burned really bad and we had to go to the ER. They called in pain meds for him that same night and we went to go pick them up the next morning at 11 am, they STILL weren’t ready. They’re expedited pain medication for a burn ward patient and 15 hours later they are still not ready? How is that expedited?! When we asked when they might be ready, like a time frame, the guy got pissy with us and said “that’s not my job, that’s for the pharmacist”. Okay? Go and ask then, Jesus. We’re at a pharmacy seeking pharmaceuticals—it’s not weird that we have a question for the pharmacist. Just incredibly insensitive and unprofessional behavior."
