"We charge for tape! I was dropping off an Amazon return last night and ran into poor customer service at this UPS Store. I dropped off the box and they scanned my return code on my phone. The young man behind the counter printed the label and asked me if this is how I was going to ship it. I said this was my 1st time using their store for a return and that I was used to Whole Foods as a drop off. The item was a pair of boots in the boot box. The front lip of the box was not secured so I asked if he would mind putting a piece of tape on the box to keep the lid from opening. This lead to the comment "We charge for tape." I told him to never mind and that I would leave the box as is. I can't believe we are charging for pieces of tape now. My hope is that one day that you experience the kindness that you put out into the world."
