After placing several phone calls at 8:30PM, I finally got an answer from Richard Pannell at Armenhyl Group who coordinated with his staff on a last minute rush service that had to be accomplished the very next morning or the court was going to dismiss the case. At 8:30AM this morning I received a call from Richard that confirmed that our defendant had been served.
