"I was there 12/12/23 and the people working were helpful and friendly, even though they were extremely busy. One of them took the time to help an older woman who had no clue how to do an Amazon return. She was so patient and kind, and all I kept thinking was that could be my mom. I didn't get her name, but her employee # 230105."

"I always come to this ups location and always receive friendly service but the staff that was working tonight were not very friendly with me or helpful. They were busy so I understand that but that is not an excuse to be rude and not helpful. I have been in other times and the young man that works there was always helpful in helping me pick out boxes and proper materials to help me pack my items easier. The two women working tonight were not helpful and not friendly especially the larger heavy set woman. They made me feel like I was a burden to be honest."

She saw me getting g packages out of my car, came out of the store to warn me that the store opened at 10a. She even apologized that the computers weren’t fully operational yet so she couldn’t help me! All my bad! You can be sure that I came back later to do business at her store.
