"I needed a new zipper put in my tall boots when I went to this place. The lady I talked to was not very nice or friendly to me, but I didn't think much of it. It cost over $100 to put in the new zipper. The boots were only $125, because I had bought them secondhand. I really should have just bought new boots. Anyway, it took about 6 weeks to get them back. Seemed like a really long time for the price I was paying for the repair. I rode in the boots for about 6 months. This week, I noticed that the seam on zipper they put in is ripping. So the zipper is just tearing out of the boot. Not quality work at all. I'm really unhappy with this service. I have moved from the area, but I would find somewhere else to get your repairs done."
