"I am a long time customer. Previous experience was always 5 star. Some fall off as a result of new staff with reluctance to process cross border FedEx shipments. Maybe they will do better as they get used to functioning in business setting rather than in school environment where their comfort is important."

"I recently rented a PO Box from this location and was in and out from that transaction within 10 minutes. Jonathan (I am sorry if I spelled your name incorrect) came to the front, shook my hand and said thank you for your business. I have received a number of packages here and every time I do, I get either an email or phone call notifying me of it. The PO Box got me in the door, the customer service is what will keep me there. Highly recommend them for your shipping needs."

"Does not accept parcel returns for FedEx that require a QR code and aren’t even slightly apologetic about it. When I asked “who does?”, I was told: “Ballston”. More accurately,it is located in a separate building at Glebe and Fairfax Drive. If this store doesn’t take QR codes, consideration should be given to stating that on your website or on that of FedEx. (Added star for acknowledging the review)"
