"I drive for fleetmaster not much going on they have a couple of accounts work for them for 7 months everything was good until they DM call phone was trying to get me to drive when I was out of my 14 hour clock. And someone from Dispatch called by cell phone lied to me about a load was ready when it wasn’t and run out of my 14 and 11 hour clock. The wasn’t opposed to be picked up on Saturday at 5 am other than that made good money 1200 to 2200 a week I quit snd they said I was terminated and said I had a few instances when I only had one if you run with them that up too you it not a bad company."

"BEWARE! Do not work for this company rookie or senior driver it is by far the worst company in my 6 years plus driving truck. I got hired November 15th Of this year and my second week before thanksgiving I broke down sat at dealership Monday Tuesday and then my second truck broke down Wednesday. Almost didn’t get home after 2 breakdowns and sitting three days at two different dealerships. Went through 4 different trucks 3 truck was filthy used mattress and the company did not care one bit. They were suppose to pay 150 a day for breakdown pay and I saw nothing. Now I wait as they only want to pay for two days. I didn’t get paid my miles back home for my home time when it’s suppose to get paid out. They pay the miles they calculate not what you actually drive. The company as a whole is the worst I’ve ever driven for and no driver appreciation. The awards that are hanging up are all bought by the company. Any company can buy awards to make them look good. 2500-3000 miles per week can not be done by a solo driver. 91k a year is for top paying senior drivers but they advertise it as anyone can make that."

"I would not work for this company!! I had a family emergency and they acted like they cared but, they did not. they didnnot pay me and put on my record that I Abandoned the truck and that was not the case. I worked 2 week for free basically! I could document my emergency! They do not care about the driver its just money. If you are looking for a place long term and this is not it!"

"This company doesn't pay their local drivers well at all. When dealing with the local internal manager nothing ever gets done he's always forgetting things and leaving the paperwork up to his coworker who's only here 4 days a week! The trailers would not pass and over the road DOT inspection the trucks are absolutely garbage and the company doesn't listen they don't care you're a number! They don't go other way to help their employees if they're struggling they will tell you well your job is streamline and a position is easily filled I know because that's exactly what I got told by the recruiters and HR!"
