"This is the worst place I have worked, and I have worked in a lot of places. The trucks and trailers have so many issues, you are lucky to make it back to the terminal. The people in the shop, Terri and Randy, are not there to fix anything, but give you an experience of being in a nightmare. No one ever communicates with the office worker's or the dispatcher. If you want your work life to be pure unorganized, this is the place for you. My blood pressure went away when I got out of this place. The people that work in the office are very hateful and disrespectful. You make this company a lot of money and they do not appreciate anything you do, as far as all the hours and hard work you put in. They take your pay for anything they can think of. I don't wish this kind of work atmosphere on my worse enemy."

"Do Not Work here. Just like buyer beware, worker beware. I worked here for a total of 3 months and witnessed a lot of crooked, disrespectful, and untrustworthy place I have ever been. They pay top notch but will withhold pay for damage to their property, even if it's not your fault. Someone took the oil cap off my truck. Had I not pretripped often I would be replacing a tractor. Recently an employee put in her two week notice and she was terminated instead. This place is unorganized. They will send two drivers to pick up the same load. Half the addresses in their system is not correct. They are losing contracts. I thought this place would be a blessing but not so. If you go work here document everything and keep copies of all your paperwork to protect yourself."

"Quality Logistics is different and unique in a lot of ways when compared to other trucking companies. They give the driver a chance to make above average pay. The amount you make is definitely up to you. They have plenty of freight and equipment, so there's really no excuse why you can't make the kind of money you need or want. I've been with Quality a little over 8 years and there are others whose been here much longer. Job security exists here and I'm thankful for the opportunity."

The pay is great and the people are dedicated to working hard and making the company a better place. The comments about problems with communication are not true. Communication is two way, as long as the dispatchers and drivers are communicating efficiently it is a smooth and satisfying workday."
