"They do not understand a basic fade. Asked for a medium fade yesterday and got a high fade. Asked them to leave the sides and top longer lengths and went from roughly 4- 4 1/2 inches on top to like 2, and the sides are buzzed all the way down. Have had this issue the last 3-4 times I have been there. I was new to the area and had heard great things about this place but I am looking for a new barber since they can not do what I ask for"
