"I became a resident charter member back in 1999. As per the conditions of my charter membership, I am entitled to a refund of my membership fee since I moved in 2005. In 2013 (8 years later), I received a notification indicating that I held the second position on the refund list. Progressing five years to 2018 (13 years later), I was informed that I had moved up to the first position on the refund list. However, as of the current year, 2023, I have yet to receive any refund. The ownership of this golf course is unethical. It has been 18 years now and I am tired of being ignored. Maybe this google review will get someone's attention. Update: I appreciate your response and the information about the change in ownership of the golf course. In numerous business acquisitions, it's a common practice for the new ownership to take on the liabilities of the prior regime through the purchase agreement. While the situation might have changed hands, the principle of inheriting responsibilities usually remains consistent. Thus, regardless of whether the funds were received or if there's a new regime, the broader concept of assuming liabilities when acquiring a business is valid. Please also note, per the membership terms, if the club elects to retire a founding or charter membership, the initiation fee originally paid will be refunded in full by the club. It seems that I may need to pursue legal action."

"The course is in great shape, the greens seemed a little fuzzy than what I remembered on a previous outing but it's been rainy so I'm thinking that they've not had time to get to them. I love the way this course rewards good shots and punishes bad decisions!"

"Course is in bad shape. Bunkers are not taken care of and poor communication on concerning the aeration of fairways and tee boxes. Fairways and all tee boxes aerated on the same day and did not drag the plugs. Tried to communicate the issues with the club house and then the owner A. Stile who was very standoffish. With an ower not willing to listen, it is no wonder it is going down hill."

"Great course. Our High School played a tournament there and the course is beautiful. Located right on the water the back nine have some epic views!"
