"We eat here all the time, the food is good and the service is decent. The only inconsistencies when we visit are running out of items and having to wait for them at peak traffic. I can only suggest cross training staff to avoid this bottleneck. Besides that we've been here 100 times and have probably only had 1 or 2 experiences that had any real issue. Definitely recommend just watch out for those busy times, maybe order ahead."

"Had a door dash order to pick up. The store doesn't close until 10:00 pm. Arrived at 9:46 pm. Door was locked, went through drive thru it was closed as well. Sat at drive thru window for 5 mins and watched everyone walk out"

"An hour before closing and the food was stale, cold and crusty. About as flavorful as cardboard. What Chinese restaurant serves rice and no soy sauce? Panda Express. Or Panda Suxpress as this location lives up to that name. And the punks working there are rude."

"The food was great! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful! My husband had the orange chicken and it was so amazing. I enjoyed my honey sesame chicken and loved the walnut shrimp. We were able to sit at the tables outside due to the dining room still being closed."

"We went over here late at night just about 20 mins before shutdown. This was my first time coming to Virginia and my first time eating at any Panda Express Joint. I would say the food is great but they need to add more vegetarian options. The staff, at the end of the day were responsive and served us right considering we were the only customers. The ambience was good and quantity of the food was sufficient for a good dinner. Definitely a place to check out for once."
