Communication was poor, and usually incomplete unless in response to a specific question. We were only given 3 days notice of the closing date, which forced us to rush for funds. Then we were charged a $50 FedEx fee we did not need due to the timeframe, and after over a month we still have not been reimbursed (my emails have not been answered).
