The young man was standing in front of the center table playing with his hair, Didn't show cause of concern with helping me nor with even acknowledging our presence with in the store. I can't even say that it was a white on black thing, because it wasn't it was black on black. I had well over the amount to spend on what ever I wanted in the store, but because I felt like I was being looked at like I couldn't afford anything... "Worst experience EVER! I feel like I’ve been discriminated against because I am not from the area . I purchased this belt on 3/18/2018. I do not like the way the belt fits , I tried contacting the store even visiting the store they refuse to refund or even exchange the belt. I tried to return the belt on May 31,2018 , the representative(Darryl) was very rude, rushing me out the store because he said he needed to go home .Darryl also stated that just because the receipt doesn't show I had 30 days to exchange it I should know that because I frequently shop at malls, every store has the same return policy. The receipt does not have any return policy on it so how can a consumer like myself know? I finally called and got through to a rep , Evan who was very nice he tried to transfer me over to the manager Diane but she refused to get on the phone saying " That person is on the phone again" As if I was getting on her nerves. She called me 3 hours later , she said she would contact me on Monday June 4th , she has yet to call me. I feel like she don't want to speak to me or address my issues. I am a consumer I would like my concerns address by someone who will solve this issue."
