"I got my haircut by Linh and it was not a positive experience. Her haircutting abilities are mediocre and her attitude and customer service were the worst I've ever had. Even though I was the only customer in the store the entire time, she was impatient, she seemed annoyed that I was there, she got frustrated when I asked for a size down on the clippers, she rushed through the haircut as fast as possible, and she was cold and rude. As I was checking out she didn't even make eye contact and got on her phone and ignored me. Everyone has bad days and I get that, but it doesn't justify the poor experience. Also, I know this is a sports clips and not a high-end salon, so I wasn't expecting the royal treatment, but a smile/friendly greeting, and a simple "Thank you" and "goodbye" isn't much to ask for. Linh has the personality of a rock and probably shouldn't be in a customer-facing job IMO."

"I've been coming here for awhile and over the last 2 years or so, this place has been going downhill. I showed the lady what I wanted and she glanced at it once, never asked to reference it again throughout the haircut and she ended up cutting my hair way shorter than what I wanted and didn't even come close to what I showed her. She didn't even like prep she just started cutting. Then the payment was an issue cause I wanted to split cash and card but she made it difficult. Honestly just a terrible experience. Idk what happened to the white girl that used to work here but she cut my hair spectacularly. Also, this place lacks diversity like a mother-, just sayin."
