"I am so hurt and disappointed in this business. This was the second appointment to have my granddaughter Madison's hair done. Madison's uncle dropped her off and both Madison and her uncle requested the same style she had before specifying knotless box braids. My granddaughter's hair is an unprofessional mess. The style was supposed to be blond knotless box braids, but as you can see from the photos attached that was not the service we received. I notified Mijo that the braids were different colors, and different sizes. As we are taking the braids out tonight, we notice that the braider cut her edges. The owner who is Mijo refused to correct my granddaughter's hair. The people working in this shop are obviously incompetent. Did I mention we paid $240 for knotless braids. Also we were charged the same price $240 for knotless box braids and this mess today. I asked about the price also, and the owner refused to listen to me. The owner of the braid shop begin to yell, and talk over me. She is unwilling to speak with me in a respectful manner. Please do not waste your money. Signed disappointed"

"Sophia hated the thought of getting her hair braided because she knows it takes hours. What 5 yr old wants to sit still for 6 hours? After Mijo did her hair in half the time Sophia couldn't wait to go to school and show it off. Great shop, great prices, Mijo is Awesome, and I wish we could take her to Florida with us. Sophia loves her hair and it still looks like it was just done. It will last at least another month. Worth every minute and every dollar. Thanks Mijo."
