"$28 is NOT an acceptable price for a mans haircut. You have absolutely lost your mind if you think that’s a fair price. And NOWHERE on the mobile site does it say the price. I thought I misheard the barber when they said $28 dollars. You are going to price yourselves out of the market. I think $15-$20 for a guys haircut is ok. I honestly don’t know how you stay in business."

"Terrible experience with color. Emailed corporate about it and never even replied. The district manager did my hair and even admitted the color was 1 level lighter than I wanted but still charged me and didn’t bother offering to fix it. It’s always nice paying $160.00 for color that isn’t what you wanted. Will never go to a Supercuts again!!! Lousy and poor quality. They aure don’t know how to do color correctly. Filing a better business complaint and reaching out to DPOR. Sad!!!"

"This is for the Ferrell Parkway location. Literally the nicest, most professional stylists! The owner is amazing but I can get my haircut by anyone there and they do a great job. New girl Erin did my cut today and it's one of the best cuts I've had in a long time. Short hair is not always easy but she listened to me and was able to work with me and my hair looks great!"

"Asked for a 1” haircut with light layers. Got 2” off and a 1” difference between the right and left side. When asked if I liked it, brought up how choppy it was. “Fixing” it left it just as choppy, just shorter. Absolutely do not recommend for medium or long length haircuts."
