"I just bought a pistol and they had the key to the safety when I bought it I get home and it is not in the box. So now I have a pistol that won't fire because of there ignorance. I find this out after I rented a 1 hour slot at shooting range. I would of gave them a no star but you have to give a 1 Star."

"Only about the money, I’ve tried to be supportive of small business during the pandemic but i tried to sell at AR15 with less than 100 rounds shot. They said they still sell for 650 and offered 500 msrp for ruger 5.56 is almost 800 right now dealer price. They have lost my business I will fight tyrants with rocks before buying a gun here. I recommend looking at palmetto state or similar places before dumping cash on this place after buying overpriced guns here for years they refuse to work with me, I guess customer satisfaction does not matter with them. What a joke!!!!"

"Nice selection and fair pricing but they could definitely work on their attitudes. The gentleman who "assisted" my wife and myself acted as if he was doing us a favor by simply being there. We ended up going to h&v in cedar bluff instead and found the exact same item but with way better customer service. Trader Jerry's has potential but I'll do my business with h&v from now on as I did this time (August 22nd 2020)"
