"I got my hair done about two weeks ago, and I needed to share my experience. I was gifted a Full Highlights Groupon with Kelsie. Kelsie was super sweet, but BARELY ANYONE wore a mask! She wore a mask but the other hair stylist in the saloon had the mask under her chin... There were also four other clients in the salon with me during my hair appointment and only 1/4 of them wore a mask... MASKS ARE MANDATED IN VIRGINIA!!! (As of December 14, Executive Order 72 requires that all Virginians aged 5 and older wear masks in indoor settings shared with others, excluding people who live in the same household, and when outdoors within 6 feet of another person who is not a family member.) I didn’t feel safe in this environment, and her daughter also didn’t wear a mask which I personally felt was a little irresponsible. I was also charged $40 extra for the length of my hair and toner on top of the Groupon... I liked my haircut, and the color looked good, but the process to get there wasn’t ideal. While washing my hair, water dripped down my back leaving my shirt wet, and the chairs weren’t adjusted right, and I was extremely uncomfortable. I was also left the salon with hair on me... The hairbrush that was used on me was super dirty too, and I wasn’t sure if all the hair tools were properly sanitized. My hair ended up looking good, but again, it wasn’t a great experience."

"Kelsey was outstanding! Fit me in same day( which was the last appointment of her day) and stayed late to finish my girlfriends birthday suprise cut and color. She even offered to touch up some of the color since her hair was so dark. Kelsey was very personable and it was a pleasure talking with her and she went above and beyond to make sure my girls day was special. I have to say that it was a great experience and Kelsey with her 8 years of experience knows what she is doing! We will be going back to kelsey without question!"

"I have extremely thick curly hair. I mean you can't even brush through it with a comb. I have NEVER let anyone touch my hair for the past 19 years except for only 1 stylist. My stylist ended up moving out of state and I was beyond scared for anyone else to do my hair. I met Kelsey and a little scared, but I booked a highlight appointment with her. I was nervous, but when she was done and I saw her work I was beyond satisfied . She's AMAZING and so talented. Beyond her talent, she's the biggest sweetheart I've ever met. I will follow her wherever she goes due to how awesome she is. I've already recommended her to alot of my friends. She is by far the best stylist and I won't ever let anyone else, other than her, touch my hair. ..she is THAT good. What you ask for is EXACTLY what she delivers. I just adore her work and love her personality . This woman is amazing! This company would be lost without Kelsey!"

She is the real deal no matter what you need done to your hair. Great cuts, styles, color and highlights-Kelsey can do it all and for a more than reasonable price! I have been coming to her every 5-6 weeks for about 9 months now and have never left her chair without absolutely loving what she has done to my hair!
