"Been waiting for 2 packages for a week now keeps telling me on truck for delivery but nothing comes and is still on truck to be delivered so I can't even go pick it up very annoying and I truly hate FedEx I will never buy anything that ships through FedEx again this has happened before too avoid using them for any reason"

"UA48336 this van ran me off the road twice and almost hit the back of another FEDEX truck that was behind a state trouper. This was 11-15-23 on I-81 at exit 313 Kernstown/Winchester VA."

"One of your delivery vans pulled out of here in front of me, and their brake lights are not working. License plate VA HA 128-475. I'm hoping someone from this location sees this because I tried calling and couldn't get an actual person. Please fix this so they don't cause an accident."

"As a former employee Itd be kinder to say the least, both as a driver and package handler. I worked 3 years under them while truck drivers get away with sexual harassment, when directed to management they simply disregarded my attempts to have the reason looked into. The harassment continued in the factory with their employees making comments towards the incidents in joking manors, including management.. after leaving the company, each package that was to be delivered to my house ended up having noticable damage by a worker with holes all the way around the packaging. Absolutely disgusting from a company who claims to hold their standards and customer policies so high. They receive this 5 stars for going above and beyond in showing what your badge and barcode really mean to them. I hope my kids choose better employment in the future, and their company learns to hear out the customer they pick to see fit."
