"Worst experience ever! My hair was not cut the way I asked, so uneven on the sides & back. The bangs were so uneven I had to trim to make even. Absolutely ruined my hair, I’ll have to go to another salon to have it restyled, certainly not Hair Cuttery! UPDATE: After posting review, I got a response to contact them to see what they could do to make it right. Why should I have to bear the responsibility of contacting them when they have my contact information. Never will I go to Hair Cuttery again & will continue to tell people of the horrible experience I had. Such poor customer service & customer satisfaction I’ve ever had with a company."

"She was 10 minutes late and when I was standing outside in the rain she told me to wait. Once inside she told me multiple times that today was her day off. I had told her multiple times I wanted layers and to get the dead ends off and I was rudly told that she can't tell me how much to take off I need to tell her. She didn't separate my hair on the left side into sections like she did on the right. I asked for bangs right below the nose they were not even and I had told her one side looks longer I had to pull my hair down to show the difference in length. All during this again I was told today was her day off. Once checking out it was 28 dollars and i asked if that was with the shampoo which I didn't get she told me it was 28 dollars regardless. If i was to re book with her for a hair cut with her would be 31 not 28. Needless to say I won't be rebooking"

"Sheila cut my hair today after many years. I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and made it easy for a big chop. I highly recommend this location and Sheila. I’ll be back for my next trim. Look at this before and after for proof."
